目(mu)前,商品石(shi)(shi)(shi)墨(mo)(mo)爐主(zhu)要使用(yong)普(pu)(pu)通(tong)(tong)石(shi)(shi)(shi)墨(mo)(mo)管(guan)(guan)和熱(re)解涂(tu)層(ceng)石(shi)(shi)(shi)墨(mo)(mo)管(guan)(guan),普(pu)(pu)通(tong)(tong)石(shi)(shi)(shi)墨(mo)(mo)管(guan)(guan)升華點(dian)低(di)(3200℃)易氧化(hua),使用(yong)溫(wen)度必須(xu)低(di)于2700℃,因此長期以來(lai),HGA系列(lie)石(shi)(shi)(shi)墨(mo)(mo)爐使用(yong)溫(wen)度限在2700℃以下。熱(re)解涂(tu)層(ceng)石(shi)(shi)(shi)墨(mo)(mo)管(guan)(guan),,是在普(pu)(pu)通(tong)(tong)石(shi)(shi)(shi)墨(mo)(mo)管(guan)(guan)中通(tong)(tong)入甲(jia)烷蒸氣(qi)(10%甲(jia)烷與90%氬氣(qi)混合),將石(shi)(shi)(shi)墨(mo)(mo)管(guan)(guan)加熱(re)到2000℃~2400℃,此時(shi)甲(jia)烷熱(re)解產生的(de)石(shi)(shi)(shi)墨(mo)(mo)(碳)沉(chen)積(ji)在石(shi)(shi)(shi)墨(mo)(mo)管(guan)(guan)上(shang)(shang),沉(chen)積(ji)不斷進行,結果在石(shi)(shi)(shi)墨(mo)(mo)管(guan)(guan)壁上(shang)(shang)沉(chen)積(ji)一層(ceng)致(zhi)密堅硬的(de)熱(re)解石(shi)(shi)(shi)墨(mo)(mo)。熱(re)解石(shi)(shi)(shi)墨(mo)(mo)具有很好(hao)(hao)的(de)耐氧化(hua)性(xing)能(neng),升華溫(wen)度高,可達3700℃。致(zhi)密性(xing)能(neng)好(hao)(hao),不滲(shen)透試液,對熱(re)解石(shi)(shi)(shi)墨(mo)(mo)其(qi)滲(shen)氣(qi)速(su)度是10~6cm/s。熱(re)解石(shi)(shi)(shi)墨(mo)(mo)還具有良好(hao)(hao)的(de)惰性(xing),因而(er)不易與高溫(wen)元(yuan)素(如V,Ti,Mo等)形成碳化(hua)物而(er)影響(xiang)原子化(hua)。由于熱(re)解石(shi)(shi)(shi)墨(mo)(mo)具有較(jiao)好(hao)(hao)的(de)機械強度,致(zhi)使熱(re)解涂(tu)層(ceng)石(shi)(shi)(shi)墨(mo)(mo)管(guan)(guan)的(de)使用(yong)壽命明顯地優于普(pu)(pu)通(tong)(tong)石(shi)(shi)(shi)墨(mo)(mo)管(guan)(guan)。
